Description

The Amazone theme plunges children into a complete change of scenery in which the environment is transformed into a tropical jungle. The play equipment is covered with elements replicating lush, savage vegetation.
Large leaves, branches and exotic animals provide a unique playground adventure.

Technical specification:

• The lacquered panels are made from very high quality plywood 22mm thick. Made of alternate layers of thin birch, which offers longevity and an exceptional mechanical strength. The colours are applied by electrostatic spraying of two-component polyurethane lacquer that is free of heavy metals, to ensure high levels of resistance to potentially aggressive chemicals such as anti-graffiti cleaning products.
• The 125mm round posts are made of laminated timber, which have not been treated with chrome or arsenic. Splinter-free, the laminate provides great strength and dimensional stability. The posts are protected from wear and tear caused by fungi, insects and termites. The caps are made of injection moulded polyamide.
• The central posts, which measure 95 x 95 mm, are made of galvanised, lacquered steel. The two-tone grey graining finish has a slightly undulating surface for increased scratch resistance. The caps are made of injection moulded polyamide.
• The platform floors are machined from 22mm plywood panels made up of fine layers of birch. The surface is coated with a non-slip phenolic resin.
• The tubes are made of stainless steel, diameter 40mm, guaranteeing lasting durability and reliability of the equipment. Injection moulded polyamide fixings connect the posts to the platforms and the various play features.
• The tubular slide is made of stainless steel.
• The ropes are made from galvanized steel cable covered with polypropylene. Injected moulded polyamide connectors link the cables and keep the nets in shape.
• The “Kayak” slide is made of rotary moulded polyethylene.
• The stainless steel fixings are protected by polyamide anti-vandalism caps.
