Description
- The horizontal beam is manufactured from 89mm diameter galvanised steel. The double joined swing mechanism is made of stainless steel. A safety chain provides additional support for the pod.
- The support legs are made from 60mm galvanised steel.
- The pod is made from a single piece of rotary moulded polyethylene. It is fixed to a stainless steel frame that is fitted with buffers. The pod is suspended from swing chains covered with thermal retracted polyethylene. PVC sliding rings are fitted to limit the wear of the metal parts over time. The rings are accessed by a vandal proof, stainless steel shackle.
- The coloured panels are manufactured from 13mm composite compact made up of softwood fibre (70%) and phenolic binder (30%). The material offers excellent resistance in all weather conditions (sun, rain, humidity…). The coloured surfaces are obtained using pigmented resins that provide good levels of resistance to ultraviolet radiation and aggressive cleaning products.
- The fixings are made of stainless steel and protected by anti-vandalism polyamide caps.
